As engineers, we are dedicated to finding the best - if not the perfect - solution to those challenges that appear daily at Croll Reynolds in the form of RFQ's from around the world. Our customers expect Croll Reynolds to contribute significant value to their processes, and I believe that you will find, as you read this newsletter, that we are well prepared to do so.

For the past year, we have been engaged in a detailed review of our internal systems and processes. In January, that exercise culminated in Croll Reynolds' certification under ISO 9000:2001. Likewise, in response to increased demand from both our Process Vacuum and Air Pollution Control clients, we have expanded our facilities in the US. Both initiatives were designed to ensure that Croll Reynolds continues to be one of the world's leading sources for Process Vacuum and Air Pollution Control equipment.

For more than 90 years, Croll Reynolds has been home to some of the most talented, and innovative engineers in the design of process vacuum systems and air pollution control equipment. We continue that legacy as we welcome a new group of highly skilled engineers on board.
